Navigational Aids

Peninsula Lake Buoy Map

The Peninsula Lake Associations are working to make our lake a safer place to boat. This map shows the positions of the navigational buoys we have positioned at the lake's most dangerous rock and shoal sites. The buoys are placed in the lake annually in the spring and removed for the winter in the fall.

Please Note: THESE NAVIGATIONAL AIDS WILL MARK ONLY SOME OF THE DANGEROUS LAKE HAZARDS.

The safety of unmarked regions is neither suggested nor guaranteed. The primary responsibility for guaranteeing a safe boating experience rests with the person driving the watercraft. Watercraft owners should adhere to the safe boating guidelines that they learn when applying for and receiving their Pleasure Craft Operators Card.

The associations and their directors and officers are not responsible for injury to boaters or damage to boats as a result of contact with navigational hazards or unmarked navigational hazards.

Please stay safe and enjoy your boating experience on our beautiful Lake Peninsula.
