Please fill in all fields for a new membership application, renewals need Name, email, and ID number (if known), and any other fields if changes are required. For renewals, your ID Number is in the upper right corner of your invoice. You may pay with a credit card using PayPal, you do not need to have or set up a PayPal account if you don't want one.

Unless you direct otherwise, all of the information will be published in our 2012-2013 Membership Directory. We do not share our membership database with any individual or organization. Our deadline for updating the Directory is May 1, 2012, when we will send the information to print. Pay by April 30th for the Early Bird Draw!

The membership fee is $50 per year. You may also make a tax deductible Voluntary Donation.
